A big thank you to our anniversary celebrants! 🥂✨

Celebrating long standing commitment is one of our favourite traditions. This year, we once again had the pleasure of honouring our employees celebrating their anniversaries and thanking them for their dedication to the FWG. Whether they have been with us for 5, 10 or 15 years, every single story is an important part of our shared success. ❤️

This year’s anniversary celebration took us on a journey through Zurich. After a relaxed ride on the Apéro Tram, we enjoyed a Flying Dinner at Restaurant Die Waid, complete with culinary highlights and breathtaking views over the city. 🚋🍽️🌆

It was a wonderful evening filled with great conversations, shared memories and special moments as we celebrated the years behind us and looked ahead to the chapters still to come. We are already looking forward to celebrating this special occasion together with our anniversary employees again in the years ahead. 💜

Opening Negishi Urban Sushi, Basel Johanniterbrücke

On May 26, as part of our 20-year anniversary celebrations, we had the pleasure of toasting a very special opening: the new Negishi Urban Sushi Johanniterbrücke officially opened its doors — right by the Rhine. 🌊

With the new Clubhouse interior concept, you’ll step into the creative world of 1960s Tokyo. Jazz vibes, warm colours and carefully curated details create an atmosphere made for enjoying and lingering. ✨

Whether it’s a relaxed lunch, dinner with friends or a sushi date by the river — everyone will find their perfect spot here. The spacious terrace also makes this new location a true highlight. 🍣🥢

And of course, plenty of Negishi favourites are waiting for you: fresh sushi, creative rolls, bowls, bentos and delicious soups.

Stop by, enjoy the view of the Rhine and experience Negishi in a whole new atmosphere. 💫

Opening Nooch Asian Kitchen Wetzikon

On May 12, we celebrated a very special opening together: the new Nooch Asian Kitchen Wetzikon officially opened its doors – making it one of our biggest restaurants ever!

With its unique Cinema Spice interior concept, you’ll step right into the world of classic movie hits. Warm colours, exciting details, and an atmosphere straight out of a cult film turn every visit into a real experience.

Whether you prefer a cosy seat inside or soaking up the sunshine on our terrace, there’s the perfect spot for everyone. Families are especially welcome too, thanks to a lovingly designed play corner for kids that keeps everyone happy and relaxed. 🎈

And of course, the menu has everything Nooch lovers could wish for: from our popular Fried Noodles and flavourful soups to delicious gyoza and fresh sushi.

Opening PostParc

Negishi Urban Sushi & Miss Miu

It’s finally here: After an incredibly beautiful first evening, we’ve officially opened our two new restaurants at PostParc. For the very first time, our concepts Negishi Urban Sushi and Miss Miu are now represented in Bern. 🚀

At Negishi Urban Sushi, you’ll find our classic as well as innovative sushi creations, bowls and bentos. Right next door, Miss Miu serves pan-Asian classics and funky Korean dishes – from Pad Thai and Bibimbap to Korean Fried Chicken. All of it set in a lively interior with many characteristic details.

We’re truly excited about this new location and about filling the large space with life together with our guests. And of course, we’re already looking forward to summer, when the new terraces will add even more atmosphere. 😎

Our Year in 100 Seconds

2025 was a year full of movement, inspiration, and shared moments. Alongside many highlights, there were also challenges – and they reminded us once again of what trust can make possible, and how valuable it is to keep moving forward together.

Unforgettable moments include our big Staff Party with over 800 team members, the release of our book Butter bis zum Rand, and of course, the opening of the new Negishi Sushi Bar at Stadelhofen.
