In the last 20 years, Australia's cuisine has come of age and the time to enjoy it has arrived. Like the country, the cuisine today is multicultural. Asian ingredients, products and cooking styles in particular have been combined with old world recipes. This so-called "fusion cuisine" has strongly influenced our menu. Many of our dishes are also accompanied by fruity dips and chutneys. There are also exquisite dishes for vegetarians to choose from.
