What is the FWG Training Center? By this we understand all training and further education of the Wiesner Gastronomie family.

Our employees are the be-all and end-all. We love to see people grow in our environment and actively support individual career plans. 💼📊

Our goal is to provide our employees with a good basic education. The development measures should benefit all FWG employees. Because everyone has the same right to be supported.

Employee development

In order to improve the skills of our teams in line with the ever-increasing demands of the market and also to achieve greater motivation and satisfaction, we have been continuously expanding our employee development resources for years. With Become N°1, we have created an individual development program that accompanies employees through every level, up to the position of managing director. In this way, we offer even unskilled employees a chance at a successful career in the hospitality industry.

Further education

We offer our employees exciting prospects for their own professional development. With the FWG Training Center, we have created a modular and individual employee development program consisting of internal and external training courses. Motivated employees are supported by us according to the motto "from dishwasher to manager". We are certain that the greatest potential lies in our employees and that they are our cadre of tomorrow.

BECOME A SUSHI CHEF!

As part of the Wiesner family gastronomy, you can train as a sushi chef in the Negishi Sushi Bar or also in the Nooch Asian Kitchen. The training lasts 2 years. What can you expect? A super mix of a lot of hands-on experience, talented professionals and cutting-edge e-learning units.
