The satisfaction of our employees is 4.22 out of 5 and has continued to develop positively in recent years. We see this as a clear confirmation of our measures and are continuing to work on targeted improvements.

The fluctuation intention has decreased from 36% to 29%, confirming the impact of our measures. At the same time, we aim to reduce it further by addressing working conditions and development opportunities.

The probability of recommendation has risen from 3.68 to 4.23 (scale of 1-5). This development shows that our employees feel comfortable at FWG and that our measures in terms of working atmosphere and management are having an effect.

Satisfaction with managers is 4.08 and has improved significantly since 2024 (3.64). Support, appreciation and professionalism are valued. This development confirms the impact of our investment.

The average length of employment is currently 3.7 years and has risen in recent years. We value the long-term loyalty of our employees and see the importance of trust, cohesion and prospects.
